| 摘 要： | 唱响主旋律,打好主动仗,是新形势新任务对新闻宣传工作的基本要求。做强做大正面报道则是贯彻落实这项基本要求的主要抓手,更是加强社会主义先进文化建设、巩固意识形态工作的主导权、提高党的执政能力的重要途径。作为媒体必须充分认识做强做大正面报道的重要性和紧迫性,坚持"三贴近"方针,创新理念,创新形式,创新管理,不断增强正面报道的感染力、说服力和公信力。

| Abstract: | Following the leading paces and insisting on positive propaganda are the basic requirements for news publicity work in the context of the new situation with new historical mission. Improving positive reports is the key to meet these requirements. It is also the way to strengthen the construction of advanced socialist culture, to consolidate the leading power on ideological work, to enhance ruling party's governing capabilities. News media should fully recognize the importance and the urgency of improving positive propaganda, adhering to the policy of "three-closes", doing creative jobs on innovation of thinking, knowledge and operating, continuously reinforcing the conviction and popular faith of positive reports. |
