摘    要:教师在教育教学工作中难免遇到各种各样的困难,巴班斯基曾经对教师在教育教学过程中的困难进行过研究,并用最优化思想对教师进行专门的科学教学法训练。在新课程的背景下,教师将面临新的困惑和不适应,也将出现新的问题和困难,若教师自我能够客观评价和分析教育教学中遇到的困难,将有利于教师自身的成长和改进教学,提升教师的自省能力,促进教师的专业化发展。

Abstract:The teacher unavoidably meets various difficulties in educational teaching, Palestine has ever carried on research to teacher' s difficulty in the course of educational teaching, then use the most optimizing thought to give the special scientific teaching method to the teachers. Under the background of new course, teachers will face the new puzzlement and unsuitability , new problem and difficulty will appear too, if the teacher can appraise and analyse the difficulty met in educational teaching objectively, be favorable to a teacher' s own growth and improvement teaching , will promote the teacher' s ability of examining oneself, bring about an advance in the teacher' s specialization.
