| 摘 要： | 刘翔在2004年雅典奥运会110米栏的决赛中赢得金牌并平了该项目的世界记录，他的成功使国内田径界为之振奋，各级教练员希望从他的成功经验中有所获益。通过文献资料的研究，认为精湛的技术、全面的身体素质、过硬的心理素质以及没有伤病是他成功的关键，也是体育运动学校少年跨栏训练可以借鉴的经验所在。

| Abstract: | The succeed that Liu xiang wins golden cards at 110M fence in 2004 Olympic Games. makes whole track and field group all over the country. Base on the study of literature, the article though that the key of his succeed is exquisite technique, general bodily stuff, rigid psychology and out of sickness. |
