| 摘 要： | 高职院校只要认清时局,把握高职教育发展趋势,敢于打破常规,创新思路,善于挖掘和利用各种优势,可以实现跨越式发展。深圳信息职业技术学院作为一所特区高职院校,其跨越式发展的要素主要包括决策者的治校能力与水平、推行大职业教育办学理念、优化领导班子建设、优化师资队伍建设、推行人才培养模式创新、优化特色专业建设、构建和谐向上的校园文化、实施教研科研相结合等几方面的内容。
