| 摘 要： | LED焊线设备作为典型的光机电一体化产品,是电子元器件封装过程中的关键设备之一。介绍了LED焊线原理、LED焊线设备的主要供应商、焊线机的结构,并分析了LED焊线机的关键技术及应用情况。
