一种实用的热电阻测温方法

摘    要:热电阻具有测温范围大、稳定性好和耐氧化等特点,低温测量中占有重要的地位。本文介绍了一种利用8031单片机并采用热电阻进行温度测量的硬件电路及软件设计方法,利用恒流源和12位A/D转换器设计温度测量电路,完全消除了传统的不平衡电桥的非线性误差,减小热电阻的接触电阻和引线电阻对测量误差影响。在程序存储器EPROM中存放电阻一温度分度表.被测温度是通过软件查表及公式计算得到的。该方法具有简单、实用、测量精度高、抗干扰能力强等特点。

Abstract:Thermal resistance is characterized by having large range of temperature measurement,stability and anti-oxidation etc .It is important position in low temperature measurement. Thehardware circuits, using 8031 single-chip microcomputer and thermal resistance for temperaturemeasurement, and software design are introduced in this paper. In order to eliminate non-linearityerror of tradition imbalance electric bridge, contact resistance and down-lead resistance, thetemperature measurement circuit is designed with constant current source and 12 bits A/D convertor.The resistance- temperature table is put into EPROM. Measurement temperature is obtained throughinquiring program and calculating. This method has many characteristics such as simplicity,practicality, high precision, strong anti-interference etc.
