| Abstract: | The paper has discussed the existing problems of higher education in the period of economic transition, whose origin is mainly from the difficulty in changing people's conception, the lag of making law and regulation, the incompatibility of the management system and operating mechanism. Meanwhile, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in solving these problems. |
