| 摘 要： | 判决性实验随着科学理论的不同来源而不同，可分为三条进路，即由原理演绎出的理论相对应的判决性实验、由事实归纳出的理论相对应的判决性实验以及单称命题的判决性实验。通过列举与这三类判决性实验相对应的著名科学案例——燃素说、中心法则以及富勒烯分子结构的确定，阐述了这三类判决性实验的特征。

| Abstract: | The scientists are paying much attention to the crucial experiments which are highly relative to scientific theories, and crucial experiments vary with the different origins of scientific theories. There are three routes, which are from principle deduction, facts induction and single sentence, for the crucial experiment. This paper gives three famous scientific cases corresponding to the three routes of crucial experiment - phlogiston theory, central dogma and the determination of molecular structure of fullerene, and it describes their characters in detail. |
