技术学习率的双因素测度模型研究

摘    要:通过计算技术学习率可以定量地分析组织的技术学习效应,而组织技术学习包含从经验中学习和从研究开发中学习。在传统学习曲线模型的基础上,根据组织技术学习的两个方面,将传统模型中的积累细分为经验积累和知识积累两个因素,构建了基于双因素测度模型对技术学习率进行综合测度,计算出从经验中学习和从研究开发中学习的技术学习率,为更深入地分析组织技术学习提供依据。

Abstract:Technology learning rate can be used to quantitatively analyze the effect of organizational technology learning. The organizational technological learning includes both learning by experience and by researching. Based on the learning curve model,this paper first constructs a two-factor learning curve model to measure technology learning rate comprehensively,then derives the model to calculate learning rate by experience rate and by researching rate,and therefore accurately measure efficiency of organizational technological learning. Thus the research can contribute to the study of the status of technology learning profoundly.
