中国公民法律意识嬗变的途径及启示

改革开放以来,我国公民法律意识正逐步由传统型向现代型演变。当代中国公民法律意识变化的途径因年龄、文化程度、职业等方面的不同而显现出一定的差异和不平衡。为此,在促进公民法律意识变化途径的选择上,一是要发挥电视优势,提高法制教育效果,二是农村普法宣传活动要增强实效,三是要兴利除弊,积极发挥网络作用。

The Channels through Which Current Chinese Citizens Raise their Law Consciousness and their Implications

Since the reform and the open-door policy of China, the law consciousness of the Chinese citizens has gradually changed from the traditional type into the modern type.These changes show that people of different age,educational background and profession,etc.have their preferences for different channels to acquire knowledge of law.Some suggestions are then put forward to help raise people's law consciousness: First,to make full use of TV so as to enhance its instructional influence;Second,to improve the practical effect of public law education in the countryside;Third,to take advantage of internet while try to avoid its disadvantages at the same time.
