| 摘 要： | 高校档案工作对高校的建设起着不可低估的作用。中国加入世贸组织后,也必然给高校档案工作带来新的机遇和挑战。为适应入世,高校档案工作的规章制度将进一步健全,高校对档案工作的重视将逐步提高,高校档案保管条件将逐步得到改善,高校工作技术进一步提高,档案工作人员的素质亟待提高,使高校档案事业稳步向前发展。
