| Abstract: | This article gives the simple concept of system model of automated library system. Then it mostly tries to study how to make library managements policy for director of library in the system model.It discusses four main functions of policy making,such as the plan of book acquisition,the decision for collection organization,the measure of library funds,and the management of business evaluation. |
