| 摘 要： | 在新一轮军队院校调整改革的大背景下,武警院校必须深入贯彻主题主线重大战略思想,筹划院校教育改革。本文试图通过分析在现代化教育改革过程中牢固树立教员队伍的主导地位的外部保证问题,研究探讨如何通过外部保证和内部提升实现的途径。
