| 摘 要： | 绩效评价体系是我国企业绩效审计的重要组成部分。目前在理论界对企业绩效评价体系的构建可谓是仁者见仁、智者见智,在实务中国内外对企业绩效的评价方法也是五花八门。通过探讨我国现行绩效评价体系的不足,对企业绩效评价体系的构建提出建议。
