| Abstract: | the knowledge workers were identified and differentiated from the perspective of knowledge network.The features and influence of the different types of knowledge workers on the firm's knowledge network were argued,and the corresponding measures were proposed to enhance the robustness of the employees' knowledge network and efficiency of knowledge transfer within the network. |
