摘    要:运用物流与供应链管理的基本思想,在分析我国生物制药公共物流平台的现状的基础上,对基于供应链管理的生物制药公共物流平台运营模式进行了研究。结果表明:开发基于供应链管理的生物制药公共物流平台运营模式,是我国生物制药企业增强市场竞争力的当务之急;从设计生物制药公共物流信息平台、专业化的生物制药第三方物流运营模式和药品安全责任防控协调体系入手,开发基于供应链管理出的生物制药公共物流平台运营模式,可有效降低生物制药企业的物流成本和确保在流通环节的药品安全责任。

Abstract:By using the basic idea of logistics and supply chain management,this paper researches on operation mode of biopharmaceutical public logistics platform based on SCM,on the basis of analyzing the status quo of biopharmaceutical public logistics platform in China.The result shows that it is very urgent for biopharmaceutical enterprises in China to develop operation mode of biopharmaceutical public logistics platform,which is based on supply chain management,to strengthen their market competitiveness;developing operation mode of biopharmaceutical public logistics platform based on SCM through designing biopharmaceutical public logistics information platform,professional biopharmaceutical TPL mode and establishment of protection & coordination system of responsibility for pharmaceutical safety,can cut down the logistics cost of biopharmaceutical industry effectively and ensure pharmaceutical safety responsibility in circulation.
