| 摘 要： | 对103家企业进行问卷调查,通过建立逐步回归模型,讨论了各级政府的技术创新政策对企业间合作技术创新动机的调节作用,得出若干结论与启示,为各级政府制定正确的技术创新政策,继而提升企业间合作技术创新绩效提供了理论和实践依据。

| Abstract: | This paper conducts a survey in 103 companies,and discusses the moderating effect of government’s technical innovation policy on cooperation between enterprises through the establishment of stepwise regression model.Some conclusions drawn from it provide a theoretical and practical basis for government to develop the right technical innovation policy,and thus improve the performance of technical innovation cooperation between enterprises. |
