| 摘 要： | 当今世界已经进入知识经济时代,知识产权已成为企业生存和发展的重要因素。如果企业没有良好的知识产权意识,对知识产权进行良好的管理,必将在激烈的竞争中被淘汰。本文对重庆市摩托车企业知识产权管理的情况进行探讨,讨论了其中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
