| 摘 要： | 基于信息技术的电子商务作为一种全新的商务模式正在强烈的冲击着传统的商务活动，改变着社会经济生活的方方面面。本文从电子商务对传统会计的影响入手，探索性提出网络会计，分析目前网络会计发展存在的问题和发展对策。

From the angle of the influence of e-commerce on traditional accounting, e-accounting is put forward and the problems and corresponding countermeasures in its development are analyzed in an exploratory manner in this paper. |
