| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料法、调查访问法对1976-1983年四川竞技体育进行历史回顾，分析四川竞技体育在这一阶段得以迅速恢复和重新起步的原因，总结出改革开放初期得以巩固和发展的经验，而这也是四川竞技体育后来稳步发展的基础。

| Abstract: | On the basis of data and survey, this paper retrospects sports development in Sichuan from 1976 to 1983, analyzes why sports in Sichuan improved so quickly, and concludes the experiences after Chinese reform, which constitutes the basis for the further development in competitive sports in Sichuan province. |
