| 摘 要： | 用HPLC抉测定复方磺胺甲噁唑片中磺胺甲噁唑、甲氧苄啶的含量，结果表明测定含量准确，重现性好。与双波长分光光度法测定复方磺胺甲噁唑片的含量相比，具有方法简单、快速、准确和能有效控制质量的优点。
