On The Education Quality Assurance Mechanism of Independent College Based on the Governance Theory

The change of mono-control to multi-governance fits the logic domain of Independent Col- lege's education quality assurance mechanism and the governance theory.The internal requirement is the construction of a governance theory which concerns with the core content of the relevant stakeholders to promote the management simultaneously.According to the Independent College's teaching orientation, personnel training modes and development planning,people proposed the model of education quality as- surance governance which is polybasic,market-based and regulatory,and requested the appropriate choice of Independent College to achieve the cooperation of multi-dimensional governance.
