| 摘 要： | 企业文化在企业发展中的巨大作用,越来越被人们所认识。本文从介绍新经济的特征及其发展规则入手,阐述了在新经济时代企业发展所面临的挑战。最后结合企业的内、外部环境,提出了建设适应新经济发展法则的企业文化十点策略。
