济三煤矿十二采区溜砂孔技术分析

摘    要:由于矿井辅助运输能力有限,济三煤矿井下喷浆料不能及时运抵施工地点,造成矿井现有未喷浆巷道13 730 m,在掘巷道大多数也不能实现及时喷浆,为尽快实现已掘巷道的喷浆支护和在掘巷道的及时喷浆,济三煤矿设计室提出分采区从地面向井下施工一垂直钻孔用于下放喷浆料,以减少运输环节,加快喷浆料运输速度,介绍了最先施工的十二采区溜砂孔的设计、可行性分析、施工及使用的技术要点.

Abstract:Due to the limitation of mine shaft auxiliary transport capacity of Jisan mine coal, the material of spouting plasm in the pit cant reach the construction place in time, which caused present plasm without spouting tunnel being 13730 metres, and that digging in the tunnel mostly cant whitewash at the right time. To realize the spouting plasm shoring of the tunnel digged and the whitewashing in time of digging in the tunnel, the design office of Jisan mine coal puts forward to drill holes vertically for putting down the material of spouting constructing from ground to the pit area by area, so as to decrease the transportation sectors, to speed the carrying of . The passage introduces the design of Liusha hole, feasibility analysis, construction and usage skill key points in 12th area construeted firstly.
