| 摘 要： | 证人作证是证明诉讼中待证事实的重要途径 ,建立证人宣誓制度的目的就在于提高证人证言的真实性 ,以确保司法程序的效率和公正。但我国法律对此尚无明文规定 ,因而有待于立法的尽快完善。
