摘    要:结合该校软件学院探索创新软件人才培养的经验,IBM中心将在IBM大型主机教育中构建"闭环反馈"人才培养的模式,在人才培养模式、教学模式、课程设计、考核评价方法、实习就业等方面形成一套完整的符合创新人才培养模式的培养体系。

Abstract:According to the personal training experience of School of Software Engineering,IBM center is practicing the personal training pattern of closed loop feedback in the mainframe education,and forms an integrated creative personal training system in the personnel training pattern,including the teaching mode,the curriculum design,the methods of examination and evaluation,the practice and employment and so on.
