| 摘 要： | 按劳分配原则的实行需要特定经济条件。这种分配原则只能在公有制基础上的计划经济、产品经济中实行,它与今天的商品经济、市场经济存在矛盾。社会主义市场经济中只能实行按生产要素分配。

| Abstract: | The implementation of the distribution-by-work principle relies on the real economic conditions.While it applies to the planned economy and product economy,it contradicts the current commodity economy and market economy.Therefore,it is argued that the distribution-by-production-element principle is applicable in the socialist market economy. |
