非创伤性修复技术治疗儿童乳牙龋的疗效评价

目的探讨非创伤性修复技术 (ART)治疗乳牙龋的临床疗效及儿童对ART的接受程度。方法选择龋坏的乳牙 31 8颗 ,试验组采用ART技术治疗 1 65颗牙 ,对照组采用汞合金充填 1 5 3颗牙。记录儿童治疗时的行为 ,并于治疗后 6个月、1年、2年随访复查。结果试验组 2年的成功率 ( 68.79% ) ,与对照组 ( 66.90 % )相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,采用ART技术治疗时儿童合作率为 82 % ,显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论ART技术是治疗乳牙龋的一种有效的治疗方法。

Evaluation of the Effects of Atraumatic Restorative Treatment in Primary Caries

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of atraumatic restorative treatment (ART) in primary caries, and survey the acceptability of this approach by patients. Methods 165 teeth were treated using ART, while other 153 teeth were treated using amalgam. The behavior during cavies filling treatments in children was recorded .The therapeutic effects of each patient was evaluated after half of year,1 year and 2 years. Results The success rate of both experimental and control groups were 68.79% and 66.90%, respectively. There was no statistical difference (P>0.05).The cooperation rate treated with ART was 82% and obviously higher than that with amalgam treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion ART may be an appropriate and effective method for the treatment of primary caries.
