| Abstract: | The prompt development of the higher education in Xinjiang has caused the less space of the campus as well as the embarrassed conditions for the most colleges and universities. In accordance with the tendency of the integral economic developments planned as a whole between Urumqi and Chang Ji. It is necessary to have enough space for the colleges and universities of Xinjiang. |
