| 摘 要： | 高职院校应重视培养高职大学生的工匠精神,结合学生的实际情况制定人才培养目标,并采取有效措施,促使学生成长为专业能力强、综合素质高且具备工匠精神的应用型人才。高职院校可以从明确培养目标、重视人文情怀、开展实践活动、巧用学徒机制、借助榜样效应等方面入手,培养高职大学生的工匠精神。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the cultivation of craftsman spirit of higher vocational college students,formulate talent training objectives according to the actual situation of students,and take effective measures to promote students to grow into application-oriented talents with strong professional ability,high comprehensive quality and craftsman spirit.Higher vocational colleges can cultivate the craftsman spirit of higher vocational college students from the aspects of clear training objectives,attaching importance to humanistic feelings,carrying out practical activities,skillfully using apprenticeship mechanism and model effect. |
