| 摘 要： | 订单班人才培养模式是基于产教融合理念的一种新型的高效育人模式,它可以引导学生成长为符合社会需要的高素质的应用型人才。高职院校可以从让企业主导开发课程、全面升级教师队伍、了解企业最新动态、组织多样化实践活动、积极开展企业实训、优选合作企业、开展就业跟踪服务等方面入手,有效开展订单班人才培养工作。

| Abstract: | The order class talent training mode is a new efficient education mode based on the concept of integration of production and education,which can guide students to grow into high-quality applied talents in line with social needs.Higher vocational colleges can effectively carry out the training of order class talents from the following aspects:let enterprises lead the development of courses,comprehensively upgrade the teaching team,understand the latest trends of enterprises,organize diversified practical activities,actively carry out enterprise training,select cooperative enterprises,and carry out employment tracking services. |
