| 摘 要： | 图书馆领导者非权力影响力是由领导者个人的品格、才能、智慧、经验、贡献和威信等因素构成的支配力量,具有非强制性、潜在性、感召性。本文对图书馆领导者非权力影响力产生作用的心理机制以及提高图书馆领导者非权力影响力的主要因素作了深入阐述。
