论高校学生干部素质的培养

高校学生干部队伍是学生中的重要骨干力量。重视和加强这支队伍的建设和培养 ,对于加强学生思想政治工作和学生管理工作 ,培养和造就社会主义事业的建设者和接班人 ,乃至对整个高等教育事业的健康发展 ,都具有十分重要的意义。因此 ,我们必须更新观念 ,用发展的眼光、创新的思维 ,与时俱进地做好学生干部的培养教育工作 ,努力提高学生干部的能力和素质 ,以适应当前高等教育发展的需要。

On Cultivation of the Quality of Student Carders in Colleges and Universities

The contingent of student carders is the core force of students in colleges and universities. Stressing and strengthening the building of this contingent is of great significance in improving the management of students, increasing students' moral and political awareness, training builders and successors who are well-developed, and promoting the sound growth of higher education. This paper analyses the status quo of the contingent of student carders, with emphasis on how to renew ideas so as to keep advance with the times in properly performing the task of cultivating student carders with an innovative way of thinking. Efforts should also be made to improve the ability and quality of student carders to enable them to meet the demand of the development of higher education.
