| 摘 要： | 文章简述学科馆员制度发展情况及现状，阐明学科馆员制度在高校图书馆存在的必要性，探讨了高专院校图书馆因认知、资源、定位不明确导致学科馆员人才队伍建设滞后的原因，针对这一问题，提出了高专院校图书馆建立学科馆员制度应采取的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly expounds the present situation of the development of subject librarians, and makes an analysis of the necessity of the system of the subject librarians in vocational schools. The author of this article probes into the basic causes of lagging behind for the development of the subject librarians from the deficiencies of cognition, resources and positions-fixing. Some relative measures to be taken are also mentioned in the article. |
