摘    要:本文研究了锌、铁、铜在苯基荧光酮-Tritonx-100体系中的析相显色反应及适宜条件,在析相光度法有选择性分离和富集的基础上,运用主成分分析法,消除配合和的吸收光谱严重重叠的干扰,达到不经分离同时测定锌,铁,铜的目的,取得了满意的结果。

Abstract:This report studied a separated phasa spectroscopic reaction of Zinc.iron and cop per and its appropriate reaction condition in a system of phenyl-Fluorescent Ketone(PF Tritonx- 100). Based on the fact that separated phase spectroscopy can selectively isolate and concentrate samples, using main ingredient analytic method , We have eliminated those seriously overlapping interference of the complex absorbed spectram ,thus ,with good results ,simultaneously determinated Zinc iron and copper without separating the sample.
