论中国加入世贸后对国民素质的影响

中国加入世贸组织后，必然加快改革开放的步伐，对经济结构进行大规模的调整，国内各产业部门势必发生大规模的劳动力转移。这就客观上要求劳动者自觉调整自身素质结构，提高科学文化素质，提高道德素质，严格按照国际惯例办事，执行本行业国际问统用的标准和规范。从而提高产品质量，以更好地参与世界经济竞争，使国民整体素质与中国入世后的经济增长要求相适应。
