| 摘 要： | 面对社会医疗保险中存在的道德风险问题我们不可能靠道德约束或仅从单个方面控制,必须建立起合理有效的多方控制机制。社会医疗保险中道德风险的控制,需要从医疗保险的参保人、医疗服务机构和医疗保险机构三个方面入手,这样才能使医疗保险制度健康地发展。
