运煤汽车随机采样系统技术研究

摘    要:在汽车运煤的入厂抽检取样过程中,采用基于图像处理的方法实现对车厢的定位。由于车厢所装的煤具有黑色性质的矩形区域,在灰度上与周围场景有较大差别,因此,系统利用阈值分割法实现前景和背景的分割。阈值点的选择结合了迭代法和区域分割的特点,对迭代法中的取中系数进行了合理的调整。

Abstract:The image processing is applied to determine the location of truck compartment in the procedure of coal sampling.The rectangle area of coal compartment of truck,which is black in color,is very different from the surroundings.Based on that assumption,the threshold segmentation method is used for separating the object from the background.Threshold value is chosen carefully based on the characteristics of area segmentation,and iteration method whose coefficients is modified to a more rational level.
