| 摘 要： | 建立"创新型国家"需要巨量的高素质创新人才。作为人才培养主力军的高等教育,对此肩负着艰巨的责任。本文从经济转型升级时期产业对创新人才的需求出发,揭示了目前高等教育人才培养与需求的差距,分析产生原因,提出改革战略。文中特别就研究型大学改革本科教育对于创新型国家人力资源建设的必要性、可行性、重要性加以论述,并提出改革的措施建议。
