| 摘 要： | 随着中国高等教育重心由外延扩展向内涵提高的转变，高校如何培养高素质的创新人才，已成为高校急需解决的问题。影响高校创新型人才培养的因素很多，涉及教育教学过程的方方面面，许多问题值得探讨。文中仅就如何改革地域性高师院校的考试制度、考核方法，以适应创新型人才的培养做一探讨。

| Abstract: | With the transformation of the eenter of gravity of Chinese higher edueation, how to eulture the innovative talents with high quality in the universities, beeome the questions needed to solve urgently. The influeneing factors are so many, involving the aspeets of teaching proeess. The artiele only makes the discussion on how to reform the examination system, the examination method of regional normal universities to adapt the eultivation of innovative talents. |
