摘    要:案例讨论是案例教学成功的关键环节。教师在案例讨论中承担多种角色,既是案例讨论的设计者、组织者,又是案例讨论的参与者,同时还是案例讨论的仲裁者。参与者的激励、案例讨论前的准备、讨论的过程管理、结尾时的总结和提升等是教师成功组织案例讨论的关键技巧。一堂成功案例讨论课的主要特征是让参与者在正式讨论结束后,仍然津津有味地讨论或思索这个案例。

Abstract:Case discussion is a key link for the s uccess of case teaching.A teacher bears many roles in the case discussion such as the designer and organizer of a case discussion,t he participator of a case discussion,and also the arbiter of a case discussion.A teacher' s skill in successfully organizing a case discussion lies in such things as stimulation of participators,pr eparation before the discussion,ma nagement of discussion,summary and promo-tion at the end of the discussion.The main quality of a successful case dis cussion is that participators are still lost in the discussion or thought after the d iscussion.
