| 摘 要： | 回顾分析１３６例妇科内出血患者临床资料表明，１３６例妇科内出血病人中异位妊娠１１４例，占８３．８％，黄体破裂１１例，占８．１％。手术治疗１２０例，占８８．２％，发生休克者３２例，占２３．５％。结论：妇科内出血是一种危害妇女健康的常见病，若能正常诊断，及早治疗，则将减少手术机会和休克发生率。

| Abstract: | Retrospective studies were made on the 136 gynecological cases with internal hemorrhage.The result showed that ectopiapragnancy accounted for 114 cases (83.8%) and 11 cases (8.1%) were due to rupture of corpus luteum.120 cases (88.2%) were operated on to stop the bleeding.32 cases (23.5%) had shock.The result indicated that early diagnosis and treatment could reduce the shock incidence. |
