| 摘 要： | 教师发展（teacher development）理念的确立为英语师资培养明确了目标,同时也提出了挑战。为迎接挑战,高校英语师范生的培养模式必须做出调整。与中学建立互动平台,借助平台调整英语（师范）专业的课程设置、授课方式和内容,以及让师范生走进中学见习实习、中学优秀教师走进大学课堂等,不失为有效的尝试。
