新疆学校体育场地发展不平衡的研究

采用分层抽样的调查研究法,将获得的新疆不同地区的各级各类学校体育运动场地的面积(包括人均面积、校均面积)和不同质地篮球场数,按照新疆生产建设兵团与地方政府学校、农牧区与非农牧区学校、北疆和南疆学校、民语和汉语学校等划分归类进行比较分析。认为地域环境、管理体制、经济发展水平和教育理念等是影响学校体育场地发展不平衡的主要因素,并发现新疆生产建设兵团办学较之地方政府有一定的优势,提出了适合新疆学校体育场地发展的新思路。

Research of Disequilibrium Among Development of Scholastic Sports Fields in Xinjiang

Applied the method of the laminated sampling investigation and study,it is analyzed and researched comparatively the data that is obtained the area(including average per person area,school even sports area) of the school PE fields and quality of material basketball court in the various schools in Xinjiang with the several pairs of variables,such as the production and the construction coups and the local government,the city and the pastoral area,the Northern and the Southern Xinjiang,the Han and the nationalities language schools.It is expounded the factor of the disequilibrium among the development of the scholastic sports fields school sports,which are the geographical environment,the management system,the economical development level and the education idea,and discovered the superior aspect Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps school comparing the local authority,and proposed the countermeasure suggestion adapted the development of the scholastic sports fields
