| Abstract: | After his third return back to power, Deng Xiaoping had a strong sense of crisis in the face of a contrast between advanced western countries and backward China in economy, science and technology. The sense is characterized by the spirit of self surpassing, down to the earth attitudes and aggressivenes.It is of great realistic significance to take over and develop such a spiritual heritage. |
