| 摘 要： | 国家权力是人类历史发展过程中的必然产物,也是实现国家功能的基础。本文从国家权力制约机制的蕴意发掘入手,阐述了完善我国依法制约权力机制是建设社会主义法治国家的题中应有之义,是完善社会主义市场经济的客观要求,是国家长治久安的重要保障,也是坚持和改善党的领导的重要举措,更是反腐倡廉的根本途径。对于我国民主法治建设具有重要的社会现实意义。

| Abstract: | The state power,an inevitable outcome in the development of human history,is the natural selection of man as a social existence.It is also a foundation for the existence and development of the state.This paper starts with the definition and delineation of the state power constraining mechanism based on its implication.Then,the paper expounds the realistic significance of improving the state constraining mechanism in China,emphasizes its essential role in perfecting socialist market economy and lasting political stability.The mechanism is an important measure of persisting in and improving our Party’s leadership,being fundamental means of anti-corruption. |
