| 摘 要： | 愉悦与享受作为“休闲”的第二个境界，是一种主体意识的兴趣与满足，是感官精神上的自由愉悦。坦然面对和化解自然规律和社会生活的各种压力，以积极而坦荡的胸怀消除因各种压力而产生的“忧”、“惧”、“烦”的心理状况，以良好的心态尽情地享受自己独特的生活方式，实现自我心境与天地自然的交流与融合，这就是中国儒、道、禅“休闲”观的共同点，它与西方那种“放任个性、追求个人享受”“休闲”观截然不同。

| Abstract: | As the second realm of ＂leisure＂, pleasure and enjoyment are some kinds of interest and satisfaction of subjective consciousness, and the free pleasure of sensory spirit. Calmly face and resolve various pressures from natural laws and social life, eliminate the mental status of ＂concern＂, ＂fear＂ and ＂annoy＂ generated from kinds of pressures with positive and open mind, fully enjoy self unique way of life with good state of mind, and realize the exchange and integration between self mind and natural world. These are the common points of ＂leisure＂ view of Chinese Confucianism, Taoism and Zen, which are totally different from the western ＂leisure＂ view of ＂indulging personality and pursuing personal enjoyment＂. |
