| 摘 要： | 海洋文化与对外开放二者相辅相成，相互促进。对外开放为海洋文化发展提供机遇和动力，先进的海洋文化又进一步促进对外开放的深入和发展。厘清二者的关系，有助于更好地推动广西经济社会的科学发展。在对外开放中发展和繁荣海洋文化，又通过海洋文化的滋润，支撑起广西沿海的崛起和发展。

| Abstract: | Marine culture and opening-up complement and promote each other. Opening-up provides opportunities and driving forces for the development of marine culture, and advanced marine culture in return further promotes the deepening devel- opment of opening-up. Clarifying the relationship between the two helps to enhance the scientific development of Guangxi eco- nomic society. Marine culture is developed and flourished in the opening-up, and on the other hand coastal Guangxi also rise and develop with the nourishment of marine culture. |
