| Abstract: | Combined with the realistic situation of the newly-established applied colleges,this paper discusses such aspects as the suitable semester, teaching plan, teaching content, textbook selection and examination form of the course of food chemistry, and puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the course teaching system. |
