摘 要: | 结合新建应用型本科院校的实际,从食品科学与工程专业的专业基础课食品化学的开课学期、学时设置、教学内容、教材选择和考试形式等方面进行探讨,提出了该门课程教学体系优化的一些建议。

Abstract: | Combined with the realistic situation of the newly-established applied colleges,this paper discusses such aspects as the suitable semester, teaching plan, teaching content, textbook selection and examination form of the course of food chemistry, and puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the course teaching system. |
