摘    要:利用白萝卜和小白菜两种蔬菜汁液中的生物分子诱导碳酸钙介观晶体(介晶)的生长,采用扫描电子显微镜和X-衍射对所得产物进行表征。结果表明,白萝卜汁液中生成了菱面体形和球形的方解石型碳酸钙晶体;而小白菜汁液中则产生了球形的方解石和球霰石型碳酸钙晶体。对所得产物的形成机理进行了探讨,表明它们是在蔬菜生物分子的调控下通过非经典的结晶途径形成的碳酸钙介晶。

Abstract:As is narrated in this paper, the and bok choy were used to induce the growth characterized by SEM images crystals were produced in the biomolecules in the juice of two vegetables such as turnip of calcium carbonate mesocrystals, and the products were and XRD patterns. The results showed that rhombus and spherical calcite juice of turnip while spherical calcite and vaterite crystals were generated in the juice of bok choy. Also, the formation mechanism of the products was discussed, calcium carbonate mesocrystals are formed through nonclassical crystallization pathways with the finding that under the control of vegetable biomolecules.
